Twisted Timber Co specializes in custom branded T-shirts and apparel.

All custom orders are made to your specifications. Please review all proofs, artwork, and design submissions carefully before approving your order.

Once approved, custom orders cannot be changed, returned, or refunded, except in cases of production errors or defective merchandise.

 

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Shop Pay / Apple Pay (if enabled)
     

Payment must be received in full before production begins on any custom order.

 

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship orders throughout the United States using trusted carriers. Shipping rates, methods, and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout. Please view our shipping page here.

Please note:

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
     

  • Once an item leaves our facility, delivery times are outside our control.
     

  • Any lost or damaged shipments must be reported to us within 7 business days of delivery.

7. Intellectual Property

All of the artwork on our shirts is owned and licensed by Twisted Timber Co. Our products are not eligible for resale unless approved by us to be sold at a local shop or with a vendor. 

If our product is re-sold or our images are stolen and used outside of Twisted Timber Co without our knowledge or permission, legal action will be persued.
