Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to
request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
● In the same condition that you received it
● Unworn or unused
● With tags and in its original packaging
● Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on
how and where to send your package.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:
● Your item is defective or damaged
● You received the wrong item
We’ll evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you whether the refund is
approved.
● If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10
business days.
● Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process
and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't

Return Shipping Policy
● Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the return is due to a
damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
● If eligible, we can provide a prepaid return label and deduct the cost from your refund.
● We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is our fault.

Exceptions to Returns Policy
Some items are non-returnable or may have limited return eligibility:

● Final sale items
● Worn, washed, or altered apparel
● Custom or personalized items
● Undergarments and base layers
● Gift cards
Limited Returns:
● Returns requested after 30 days
● Items damaged through misuse or neglect
